Special Interest Group: Learning Outcomes Assessment as Foundation for Quality, Learning, and Improvement at Research-Intensive Universities

This Special Interest Group brings assessment, academic, and administrative leaders at large, research-intensive institutions together to discuss the foundational role of intentional, systemic, and learning-centered outcomes assessment efforts in promoting improved educational outcomes for students. SIG participants will engage in small and large-group discussions about the fundamental importance of learning outcomes assessment in informing planning for institutional quality and improvement.
